Field Based Staff  Our support staff are not just on the end of a phone but will visit the customers  location, including twice yearly even if there are no problems to perform a  thorough healthcheck of the system and assist the customer with using the  product to its maximum benefit. Skill Sets  Development staff are knowledgeable in C#, ASP/ASP.NET, WPF, Flash, Flex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++, C.  We develop products for Windows, Android,  iOS and firmware for MCUs.  Support staff are knowledgeable in installing and  supporting bespoke electronic hardware, networking and diagnosis, Windows  and Linux operating systems.
